Reservation
All reservations are subject to prior availability confirmation.
A deposit of 15% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
The deposit is paid online via the booking button available on the website.
Once the deposit is received, the reservation is confirmed and secured in the client’s name.
Our team remains available by email or WhatsApp for any booking-related requests.
Cancellation

Cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival: full refund.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund.

No-show: no refund.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
Booking Changes
Any modification is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Online payments are secured using SSL/TLS protocols and comply with PCI DSS standards.
Horse Trekking – Specific Conditions
Horse trekking is an outdoor activity that involves inherent risks.
By confirming a reservation, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to take part in horse trekking activities and agree to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
For safety reasons, weather conditions, terrain constraints, or horse welfare, the guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary, duration, or activities.
Participation may be refused or interrupted if a participant’s behavior or physical condition could compromise the safety of the group, the horses, or the staff.

Personal data is collected strictly for reservation purposes.

Prices and Currency
